These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gnow platform, available at gnoida.in and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by Stripesys ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Gnow, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Gnow. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Account Registration
To use Gnow, you must create an account using Google Sign-In and provide accurate information about your township residency. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Maintain only one account per person per township
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Gnow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
Content Guidelines
You are responsible for all content you post, share, or transmit through Gnow. You agree not to post content that:
- Contains hate speech, threats, harassment, or bullying
- Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic
- Promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities
- Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
- Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
- Contains personal information of others without their consent
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat violators.
Intellectual Property
The Gnow platform, including its design, logos, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Stripesys. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content you create and post on Gnow. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within your township community as part of the Service.
Third-Party Services
Gnow uses third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and Google Cloud Platform for hosting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gnow and Stripesys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stripesys, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that is harmful to other users or the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@gnoida.in.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
